Iphone 3G 3.1.3 downgrade to 3.1.2? Can someone help me?

i tried downloading Itunes 8.2 and downloading a 1,2 iphone 3.1.2 but i get a 1015 error, also i tried downloading irecovery and Recboot to fix 1015 error, but it only freezes my whole computer, i am running a PC Windows 7, can anyone help me? i want to downgrade it to 3.1.2 so i can jailbreak with blackra1n? or does someone know how to get Internet Tethering with 3.1.3, i just need Internet Tethering plz, but i'd like to get a downgrade to 3.1.2
 
he wants to use tethering so spirit wouldn't work cause its untethering jailbreaking
 
Do you have access to a PC with a different version of Windows? I have a feeling that's why irecovery and Recboot aren't working. At least one of them should break that loop with no problem...
 
You need to put it in DFU mode and update your itunes. To put your device in dfu mode plug it in then hold the home and sleep buttons until the screen goes dark then release just the sleep button and continue holding home until itunes recognizes your device.
