Well, my iPhone has been treated very bad: many drops, including broken LCD and screen (both of those were replaced), and you can't hear anything out of the receiver because of those replacements. But I don't think that's an excuse for it's behavior. For about the last year now or so, my iPhone has randomly had shut downs. I've resolved those by doing a hard reset every time it does that. So I've done that for about 8-10 times a day for the past year. Is that bad? And the last two times I've tried syncing it, it freezes. It doesn't freeze iTunes or the laptop. JUST the iPhone, and when I unplug it, it goes back to normal. BUT whenever I leave it plugged in (and frozen) for a while, the apple logo appears and it stays there for a really long time and nothing happens.
I can't restore it, because the phone doesn't even appear on iTunes, so any help?
Also, why do those random shutdowns happen?
