iPhone 3G route planner?

Does the iPhone 3G have a route planner type of app, allowing you to plan routes like a Satnav?

Maps has turn by turn directions. You just type in point A and point B and hit route. It will give you a blinking blue dot that is you. In the upper right hand corner, click "start" and you'll get your route.
