Iphone 3gs help! which one you think is the original? im confused.?

I've encircled the logo that i noticed differs from each other.

do you think they're both original or class a? kindly explain to me why they aren't the same... any tips on how to spot the fake ones?

First one is a second generation because of the round white casing in the back
the second picture is the 3GS.
As for fake or not, you can only tell by the serial number and if it's found in the apple tech website
