iphone 4 ios 5 need to activate and unlock(only have tmobile sim)?

okay so i was given an iphone4 barely used for a month. i ended up having to restore it and now it needs to be activated. i dont have an at&t micro sim. im looking to bypass activation and unlock the phone. any help atleast getting passed the activation would be greatly appreciated. oh btw the activation screen is the language choice, wifi connection etc.
