the razr has more free apps, a bigger screen, a better battery
it also has gorilla glass, kevlar backing, and nano-polymer coating for water resistance, making it extremely durable.
honestly though, for a similar price, I would probably get the Galaxy Nexus, which is a lot more bang for the buck compared to the razr.
