Iphone 5 or Blackberry Q10. What would be the better phone.?

I was never a Iphone fan but the Iphone 5 is the best Iphone to have when it comes to it being your first Iphone. Blackberry will plane to release another great phone so now I am stuck on deciding what will be the best choice. I would like answers that keep bias opinion to the minimum unless its supportive.
