iphone app transfer to my friend's iphone temporarily?

i had an iphone with a chromatic tuner on it. the iphone is now broke, i want to know if theres a certain way i can transfer the chromatic tuner temporarily to my friends iphone so i can use it once for tuning my instrument then back to my friends original apps
his iphone is jailbroken and he is not that saavy with jailbreaking he just got it like that but yeah will it mess with any of his hacks?

The easiest way to do this is to sign into your own iTunes account on your friend's iPhone, and redownload the app for free. To do this, tap on the App store, then tap on Categories, then scroll all the way down to where it shows the email address of the current account and tap on it. Then tap "Sign Out". Search for the app and click to buy it, then sign in with your information, and it will not charge you again if you paid for it. After it's installed, you can use it like normal, then delete it if you want. Be sure to sign yourself out of your friend's iPhone.
