onto phone? So here's the deal:
I went to an Apple store and they didn't really know what to do so they sent me off... so hopefully someone else out there can help.
I've had my iPhone 3G for a year, just plugged it into my computer to update the software but it wiped out everything in my phone. I don't care about the contacts, but I found a folder in my iTunes Mobile Backups folder that all my stuff is in there... but I can't figure out how to import those onto iTunes to put back into my phone.
Suggestions? I'm sorry if this is a repeat question for anyone, I couldn't word my question right to find a similar thread out there.
