Iphone help plzzzz!!!!!?

Ok I got an iPhone last month. I recently downloaded an app that my phone kept freezing and crashing. I did a erase content and settings. I didn't know what it would do...

Now that it did it it show a USB cord pointing to iTunes on my screen with a slide bar. When I go to slide the bar it goes into emergancy call mode.

I don't have a computer yet...

If I take it to best buy tomorrow where I bought it will they be able to connect it to there computer and fix it... Or fix it without one?!
 
You have to register it with itunes first and then they can restore it but you could give it a shot any friend with a computer and that has itunes will be able to fix your problem. It happen to mine you'll just be restoring it to manufacture setting no worries don't worry abou tit
