iPhone i68+ 4G Wi-Fi mobile phone English language problem .........?

I have problem with the telephone all is working fine so far except for the internet .When I go into the net it show in Chinese and the page be scroll down perhaps you can show me how to counter the fault. I do not read Chinese!
