iPhone icon rearrange help!?

I have a iPhone and everytime I respring it it rearranges the icons randomly everytime it's 2.1 and jailbroken please help me.
what I want to know is how I can stop it from randomly rearranging when they do I can fix them it's just that I have a lot of icons and it takes some time fixing them

just hold your finger on the screen until the little "x's" pop up then move the icons around
