iPhone installer, unable to install, ziphone doesn't work, screen get's stuck

on copying (installer file)..? Okay, so my installer is in the worst condition it's corrupt, and I need MXtube, Cydia etc..etc..

And the thing is I tried to re-jailbreak my iphone with the disk full of music I mean only 400 mb was free
So...
Ziphone got stuck on this disk full continue(Y,N, exit) message
while copying the correct file to my iphone,
I've played with my iphone, and fixed other peoples simpler iphone problems before so I just put it on recovery/DFU mode(DFU I think) and then used Ziphone to get it out of recovery mode to the normal screen
but the thing is I have alround 6 GB of space free and this error's still coming.
