iphone jailbreak question...help!?

when I jailbreak my iphone on redsnow it gets stuck on "downloading jailbreak data" Anyone ever had this problem?? btw I have 3.1.3 frameware
I can't use black rain they don't have a jailbreak out for a 3.1.3...already been there done that.
