iPhone - jailbreaking for t-mobile?

I'm trying to jailbreak my phone so I can use it with t-mobile. Can someone teach me how to do it? Also if I sign up for t-mobile plan with web access, will I be able to use the web on my iPhone? Or do I have to do it separately? Thanks!
