iPhone/Java - Will Java Then Work On Safari?

Hi,

I have finally (after a lot of browsing the internet) found a way to install Java on my iPhone. The thing is it doesn't mention safari/any other internet browser but it does say I can run java applications.
Will I be able to then play Java Games on the internet on it?
