Iphone .. Please Sum1 Fucking Help!!!?

basically
i had a huge prob with itunes so the iphone didnt work for 24hrs so thats painfull enough so we rang thm up and they told us what to do..
now the barstard thing isnt connecting/syncing with itunes!!!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SOMEBODY HELPPPP!
IM ACUALLY BEGGING..!
