iPhone Question: Will i lose the data in my apps if i sync to a new computer?

Everything else on the new computer is synced to the iphone (music, films, podcasts, etc.).

The iphone is backed up to the new computer as it does when it gets plugged in.

So will i loose all my apps and their data, and if so is there something i can do to stop this, my phone is jailbroken if that helps...
