iphone songs change when shaken?

why?? when im listening to songs from my iphone and i shake it, the iphone makes a sound right before it suddenly changes songs? it does this frequently and it is getting on my nerves while im listening to a song and the iphone changes songs after the smallest shake or even a nudge. has this happened to anybody?
 
Go into settings and look under music.. There is a setting for the shake to shuffle feature.. You can turn off this feature
 
yea its really annoying just go on your settings and ipod and choose for it not to change when shaken
