I have an itouch at the moment, and i am getting an iPhone for graduation. When you restore an ipod, it asks if you want to use the back up or start out fresh. I wanted to know if its possible to have my iPhone take the backup, so i don't have to import all my apps and my contacts. If you need more info or if i made it confusing please let me know.
