Ipod nano / Real Player?

OK, so I'm new to this whole Ipod thing. I have downloaded a couple of videos from you tube onto Real Player. I was wondering if I can put them onto my Ipod??? If I can, how do I do it?? Thanks in advance!!!
I actually mean how to I transfer the videos from Real Player onto my Ipod????
