iPod Touch 4g 64GB or Samsung Galaxy Tab?

I need some help on deciding if i should buy ipod touch 4g 64gb or samsung galaxy tab.
i know they are both different with each other as one is a tablet while the other is not. obviously. but still i'm having a hard time deciding.
I just really want something that i can use for playing games and watching stuff.
so which is a better choice?

and if Samsung galaxy tab is better , how do you download games?
as in for the ipod ,i know you use the app store , but what do you use for the Tab??

please don't recommend other stuff.
 
I own some apple products so my answer will be a little bit biased.
Its really about which niche you want to fill. If you will be carrying it around with you most of the time, iPod touch will be better to fill that role. If it is mainly for home use or carrying it around in some backpack it probably be best to pick the samsung tab. It seems like you are a apple fan judging from ur profile pic, and you seem more familiar with the iOS interface so if ur going with the tab option why not get best of both worlds and go for a iPa.....yeaa i know you said not to recommend other stuff
