Ipod Touch: How do I add pictures I copied from the internet my touch?

If your confused, what I mean is I went to google and then to google images and typed in, for example, Tinkerbell, and saved it to my pictures. From there, how do I transfer those pictures to my Ipod Touch?
I really, really need detailed explananations....!! I need to REALLY know how to do this.
 
When you sync your i pod that screen on your your i tunes will pop up and you can go to music then to videos and all that stuff on the screen go to pictures and then u pick a file you cannot just put on one. I made a whole file for my i pod pictures and then every time you sync your i pod the pictures from the file go on your i pod.
