i got the iron gym like 1 month ago and i made myself a workout plan, i cant do any pull ups im only 13 but here is my workout wide pushups-20pushups 1min break 20pushups 1min break 10pushups
inner pushups-same
dibs-4 sets of 25dibs 1min break in between each set
comercial situps-2 sets of 25situps 1min break in between each set
for the first 2weeks i did everyday but then my sister said to do every other day but i havn't really gotten any results. Can you please tell me if i need to strengthen my routine or if I need more sets of workout please tell me. I weigh 126 lbs and im not fat i just dont have any muscle. Should i also go back to everyday or should i do every other day?
