is 100,000 miles too much to buy on an infiniti?

im just saw the most beautiful infiniti on craigslist, all decked out, but it has 100,000 miles
given its an asian car (no offense meant) the driver said it could go for another 100,000 miles
DO I GO FOR IT?!?!?!
any input would be appreciated (:
