For a 1991 Jeep Wrangler? I know nothing about cars, tryin' to convince my parents to start looking. The ad says "4.0 liter inline 6. Auto trans., ARB Airlocker rear differential, 33" BFG All-Terrains with plenty of tread left, the Spare Super Swamper on the rear has never been on the ground, Flowmaster exhaust, etc, etc." Again, this is like a different language to me. It's $6500 in total & it looks GREAT.
Is this a good deal?
Is 140,000 miles a lot?
What can I say to my parents to convince them that I "did my reseach" and that this is a good deal?
Help?!?!

It's the right age and mileage to give you lots of trouble in my opinion--expensive trouble

140k on a 1991 car is nothing, and you obviously havent done your research because you would know what those modifications where.

Why do you want a car that is getting on for 20 years old?? For $6500, you can get a pretty decent second hand car thats only around 8-10 years old.
