I recently ran into a great deal on a barn/apartment (an old barn that was converted into a two story studio apartment.. I live in the Los Angeles area, and a friend of mine is willing to rent me the barn for $600 per month.. both stories are 15x20 with a bathroom and kitchen downstairs and up is completely empty! His only request is that i sign a 1 year rental agreement! Is this a good space for fashion photography? Sorry if this is a stupid question, I am extremely new (around 1 month of shooting) and don't know space requirements for lighting and studio space needed!
