Is $16.75 too much to pay for a USED hard-to-find workout DVD?

I found this workout video originally released on VHS and the company has released it on dvd. I found it on eBay for about $7 but lost the bid because it ended before I could get home to bid. I found it again (a used copy) on Amazon for $16.75 which is more then double the eBay price and more than I would normally pay for a workout dvd ($10 at the most usually for just one dvd). Should I wait to see if I can catch it on eBay again or Amazon in the near future at a cheaper price or should I go ahead and get it? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I am VERY indicisive and on a VERY tight budget these days. Thanks in advance for your opinions!
 
Yes, in my opinion but it is really about how YOU value the item, not how I value it. If you think it's worth it then do it. Personally I would have put the title of the video on here and asked if anyone knew where to get it cheaper...
