Is $18,995 too much for a 2005 Nissan Murano?

It's a 2005 Murano SL Touring and has leather interior, moonroof, alloys and heated seats. It has 38K miles on it and is from a very reputable dealer. I am just starting to look at cars (deciding between a Murano or a CR-V) and am asking more so just for pricing. Thanks!
 
It seems a little high. Go to e-bay , look up your model in completed listings and compare sold car prices to $18995.
 
sounds nice. but ya its a little high.its 4 years old!! im sure you can find something just as nice for a little less than that
