is a 2002 dodge Dakota a good used truck?

I'm thinking of buying a 2002 Dakota 4 door truck with 170,000 miles on it. it has auto trans, 4x4, power doors/windows, and the v8 engine in it/on it. so is it a good truck to buy or is the engine to loaded with miles to make it worth buying?
