Is a 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8 manual worth buying for $35,000?

Im looking into buying a nice and fast car, i dont want a mustang because i see them everywhere, and i like the Camaro, but none are for sale near me, but the is a Dodge challenge srt8 in a nearby car lot and i can afford the payment, but i dont want to get ripped off, and ive only ever dealt with trucks before now, so im not sure.
 
I wont buy it, Edmunds report a average used value of $28,320 for that one, I wouldnt buy it for over $30k, for the 2011 R/T model, it reports $30,395 and for the 2012 SRT8 $45,795.
