When you fall in love your mind gets biased and your perspective changes slowly but surely. You don't really think clearly as you use to on some subjects and slowly change to suit your partner over time. Everyone always says they don't change, but they do, they just don't notice it. Eventually one of you will die, and the other in agonizing pain for the loss. Also the whole ritual is full of hardships and multiple attempts at success (either at dating or making it work). Wouldn't it be better to just focus on your professional life and find other ways to fulfill yourself?
