Is a Nokia n97 mini a good moblile phone?

Okaay, so yeah, I'm 14, I got a new phone at the beginning of the year and well lets just say, I want a new one. I've been looking at a Nokia n97 Mini, but my dad says I have to keep this phone for a few years. Will they have the n97 mini in a few years? How low will the price be? I'm sure that if i get the n97 mini, then another phone will come out, it always happens to me. I got an iPod touch this year, if I had waited a couple of months then I could've gotten the new one (4th gen or somethin) with a camera. So I'm just wonderin would it be worth it getting an n97 mini in a few years. My dad doesnt like to spend that much money on phones, especially considering I broke my Nokia 5000 within the first 2 months, its fixed now, but I want the n97 mini!!!!!!!!
