And is the work load for classes somewhat easy to handle. Not that I'm looking for an easy way out but I just want an idea of how really difficult the workload, and science classes are.

And how high in demand are registered dietitians? Salary?

Is this major good for someone who all her life has thought she is weak at science but willing to apply themselves and dedicate themselves to learn science?

that is what I was going to study if it was not for the fact that I am in too deep in my current major. It is great! go to bls.gov (occupational handout..) and look for dietitians. It is a great job. depends where you live, in NYC the starting salary is about $56,000. this depends where you work, clinic or alone.

A mother of my friend, took some courses, she is nutritionist not a dietetian and she makes good money! she works alone and basically instructs people on what to eat. She makes them to a cleansing diet (forgot the correct term if it is not right). So imagine if you do have a degree.

it is a lot of science so it is not easy. organic chemistry among them. there are many things to do with this.
