That's peanuts compared with the deals he has set up with the Americans. Every party that's in government does the same. As the saying goes "you've got to speculate to accumulate" or words to that effect. The Tories have an MP, with all his hangers-on, in India presently drumming up trade. It will cost them a lot more than what Salmond's mission cost.
