Is an iPhone 4s good on T-Mobile service?

I'm thinking of getting an iPhone 4s but I'm not sure if the service would work well with it.

Does anyone know if it would be the same or worse? Or does anyone have an iPhone with T-Mobile and can tell me how it is? Thanks! :}

The performance of the phone will be the same as any other network carrier, but the coverage and signal won't be good, mainly because that's just how T Mobile's coverage is.

Adding to the above user, iPhone isn't straight from T-Mobile so the iPhone has to be unlocked before it can be used with T-Mobile. Unlocking requires it to be jailbroken.

The iPhone cannot access T-Mobile's 3g network so data is slow. That means it's a very expensive Edge phone.

Many of my friends have iPhones on t-mobile and their service is just as good as an iPhone on any other network
