Is anyone else having problems with the blu ray player in the ps3?

This is the second time I played movies on my ps3 but when i rented some blu ray movie from blockbuster both played with a flickering (almost like if u had 2 adjust tracking on a vhs tape) at the bottom of the picture I brought a lens cleaner recommended for the ps3 but it only stop for a short time and started back doin it. Is there something in the settings i have to adjust or is it somthing else can anyone help
