has no standing? http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/04/30/british-judge-christian-b_n_559244.html

"Lord Justice John Grant McKenzie Laws made the declaration on Thursday (April 29) in throwing out a defamation suit by Christian relationship counselor who refused to offer sex therapy to gay couples."

He was absolutely right of course.

All religions are protected against discrimination by British Law, but you cannot allow your religious beliefs to be used in a discriminatory way against others when carrying out the job that you have chosen to do.
Fair`s fair.

(He won`t get death threats from British Christians, well at least I hope he won`t, it is the 21stC now after all)

If you read the article it is clear that someone took on a job his superstition would not allow him to do. He should not have taken on the job. That much is plain and is the meaning of the judges ruling. Even your fakir jesus was said to have declared 'render unto Caesar the things that are Caesar's.'
