Is AutoCAD 2007 compatible with a 64 bit OS?

I'm building a computer right now, one of the programs I will be running on it would be a copy of AutoCAD 2007, I'm wondering is it 64 bit compatible?
Right now I have it installed on 7 year old computer, 32 bit windows XP-SP2. My new computer will either be running XP Pro 64 bit or Vista Ultimate 64 bit.
