Is being gay/lesbian wrong? the bible says it is?

well the bible says it is a sin. i think it is a sin but i want to know what others think. if you do not have an answer please dont answer thanxxx
 
To be honest, I don't believe what the bible says all of the time, it might make sense that only a man and a woman together can have children, but lots of people have sex that isn't pro-creational (who are heterosexual) right?

I think that what the bible says is more of a guide to how to lead your life in a moral way, I don't think it should control everything you do.
