Yes, definately. If you want to wean yourself of it try eating less each day. Like if you eat a candy bar every day, first try splitting it in two, then three, then four (can't get much smaller than that!) Once you've done that. Eat something even smaller, like one Hershey's kiss a day, then every once in awhile skip a day, then two..... you get the point.
It can be done! I used to be a 3 candy bar a day girl. Now it's a rare treat, and even then eating a whole bar is just tooo sweet!
