is dizziness a symptom of stress.?

I have had a lot of exams lately and have been STRESSED. I have also been having dizzy spells , so severe that i nearly fall over . I feel like I'm about to faint, and they come on when i feel especially anxious .

Is this dizziness just a symptom of stress ? should i bother going to see my doctor ?
