Is fashion/clothes retail sexist?

Is it looks over skills? Are high street stores more reluctant to put a male on the front of the store? Are young attractive females just there to make the comapny look good?

Yep, sadly. You can be super hot but know nothing, people won't care though because they are hot. I am sure they will put a male to work in front of the store if he looks like a male super model. Abercrombie & Fitch will only let hot females and males work for their store. Also, yes. That is why they only choose hot girls, it makes them look good and will attract people.

We live in a sad sad world where looks are more important than anything else.
