Given that the 7 deadly sins are as follows
Lust
Gluttony
Greed
Sloth
Wrath
Jealousy
Vanity
And that the first commandment is about god being a Jealous God and the bible is littered with quotes about the Wrath and anger of God.
Is he really setting a good example for his children ?
While it is not in the bible as such I think God also has a problem with Vanity as he insists people worship him or he will torture them for eternity.
Sloth ??? he works 6 days and then gives up and goes for a long holiday ?
Greed ?? He insists on sacrifices and that people slaughter those who oppose him ?
I am just thinking if the god being does exist (A) he is not playing by his own rules and (B) he is not setting a very good example.
