Is going from a L.G. Rumor to a L.G. Lotus a smart decision? Please Help!!?

So I have an L.G. Rumor right now and I am very happy with it, the texting is fast and everything but I'm thinking its time for an upgrade! I'm looking at this new phone called an L.G. Lotus and it looks really neat but I have a few questions for you smart phone people out there.. Is it better then an L.G. Rumor? Is it fast? Does it lagg alot? Umm.. Is it good when you text ALOT? and .... Is it DURABLE?

If not, then I might just stick with my Rumor because I really do love it.

Please answer and thank you to those who do! :)
Please keep answering I can use as much as I can get.
 
I also have the Rumour and have thought about the Lotus.
The Rumour was made to text, that is why my mins are so less. And I have unlimited texting. The Lotus is indeed a smart phone, but I dont suggest you switch if you like texting
