Subtle signs that I realized at work:
- He is awkward and uncomfortable around me,
- We are not able to make direct eyecontact next to each other,
- He stares a lot, sometimes our eyes meet, but sometimes he looks away,
- He is easily talking and laughing with our collegues, except with me,
- If he has to speak with me in connection with work, he is more polite with me than with others but unable to have eyecontact with me
- He wores that type of shirt a lot that I mentioned that I like on him a lot /I mentioned it in a message on Fb. but he hasnt replied/

What do you think? Is he interested?
 
I'm shy as hell and that sounds exactly how I was around girls I liked. If you're both young and haven't known each other long then just give it time. Speed things up by setting up chances to talk though. In front of everyone say something like "I dropped my pen somewhere around (X), can't find it"... leave it in the middle of the floor around (X), if he likes you he'll go down there, find it and bring it to you. Piece of piss. Just give it time, speak casually about mundane stuff like work, weather etc, if there's anything between you it'll just flow from there eventually. No rush.
 
He probably likes you.I mean if you like a person that you don't know quite well you act like this.If you like him then try to make it more easy for him in order to work it out
