Is Hetalia a Yaoi series?

I kinda think it is, i wanna know fer sure. Also, are there some excessivly inapproprite parts, cause i might tell my history teacher about it, and i don't want any probs. Thx ^^
 
..Well, it is rated MA for a reason. Granted, most episodes are perfectly mild, but some of them do earn that rating. So, yeah, unless your teacher is open-minded and can understand that some episodes aren't the most child-friendly, then I'd hold off telling him or her about it. (Oh, and this goes doubly - or triply - for the English dub, which is a lot more offensive than the dub. Gotta love it.)

As for whether or not it's yaoi, no, it's not. Not officially, at least. It's chock full of yaoi undertones, sure, but it's not actually yaoi. It's historical satire. It's comedy. It's.. silliness. A massive amount of the fan material (fan art, fanfiction, etc.) is yaoi, though.
 
Nope, I don't think so. Just light humour about the subject ... <3 As long as your History teacher has at least a pinch of a sense of humour, you should be fine :)
