How do you perceive having a fetish for some one else's fashion, way of life? Example, some one who dresses up in "Gothic label clothing",

How do you perceive this "fetish" in others?

Is it a "perversion" ? (unbiased)

(biased) This is some one's entire way of life that they live out as individuals and by definition fetish isn't something with that much "substance".
