Is it bad to add a former support assistant?

I am currently at secondary school. In my primary there was a really nice support assistant whom i was close to. I left two years ago and she sked my mums friend how i was doing recently. I miss her because she was always really nice and I think that i was secretly her favourite as we spoke like friends alot! Is it bad to add her on facebook I am 13 btw :)??
