Is it bad to have a relationship with a guy who is 18 & you are under the age of 16?

Um , long story short;
i really like this guy who is 18 & we hang out all the time he comes over & i go to his house for nearly the entire day , he really want's to date but i'm worried i might get into trouble , he isn't the type of eighteen yr old who want's to have sex all the freaking time though , which is good but i don't think people will see it that way or the way i do. Should i date him or not ?
 
well it is illegal for you guys to do anything physical, kissing included. But more than that, at such a young age, more than two year age gap is a big big gap. He is an adult now and you dont even have your drivers license. 5 years from now that gap will mean very little, but you two are in different phases of life and regardless of what other people think, it really isn't appropriate and i don't think his intentions are going to be without some sexual desire.
